*******************************************************

When you go out for the evenin’

And you make your woman stay at home

When you go out for the evenin’

And you make your woman stay at home

Do you ever wonder,

At the same same time that you roam?

When the dice roll on the table

And your eyes they wander ‘south’

When the dice roll on the table

And your eyes they wander ‘south’

The taste of your woman’s sweet honey

Is still lingerin’ in my mouth

If you find that your good woman

Should fall into the Devil’s hands

If you find that your good woman

Should fall into the Devil’s hands

Just steer her my direction

And I’ll everything what I can!

Your woman says she loves you

But she knows my pillow too.

Your woman may say she loves you

But she knows my pillow too.

And if you can’t keep her satisfied, boy

I’ll sure do the job for you

So when the cards fall on the table

And your eyes they wander south

So when the cards fall on the table

And your eyes they wander south

You may think you’ve got a pair of queens boy

But back home, your woman’s got a full house!

I was listening to some ‘Dirty Dog Blues’, so I figured I should write some too. This just popped into my head about a fellow going out and getting into all kinds of trouble. But, “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander” and vice versa, as they say. The wife can pull the same stuff while he’s out ‘cattin’ around”.
